The Law office of Bruce Kitchin explained and outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. Mr. Kitchin and staff Monica and Ramona made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. Mr. Kitchin and Ramona were extremely helpful in my car accident case. I don't know the first thing about getting an attorney. When I was referred to Mr. Kitchin by a different agency I was not sure what to think. My family had such bad experiences with attorneys in the past, so I brought my mom with me to make sure I made the right choice. Right away Mr. Kitchin and his assistant Ramona made me feel very comfortable. Mr. Kitchin actually saw how I was behaving when I was talking about the accident. He suggested I see a therapist, and that was one of the best things that has happened to me. I am not sure if I would have gone on my own, so he really took care of me and made sure I was getting what I needed. Mr Kitchin and Ramona updated me every step of the way. Any information they needed, they would reach out right away and explain what the information was for. When I had questions about what certain forms meant they would help me understand. Mr. Kitchin really advocated for me and made sure I was taken care of. They were patient, kind, and a pleasure to work with. They made my life a lot easier and I really appreciate them. Safe to say it was the best decision I made.

After being struck by a vehicle while jogging a family member referred Mr. Kitchin to help me with my case. I had no previous experience working with attorney but Mr.Kitchin and his staff did a great job at explaining the process and answering all my questions. Mr.Kitchin and his assistant Ramona always made themselves extremely available any time I popped into the office or called. With his help a very stressful situation became manageable with a positive outcome. I have referred friends and family to Mr.Kitchin and will unreservedly continue to do so.
